The event offers an opportunity to celebrate Koorie culture and provide a supportive environment for First Nations youth. It is a space for Koorie students to connect with other Koorie students in their school network, and to engage in activities designed to foster cultural pride.

Students will be driven by mini-bus to Gleneagles Secondary College at 9am and supervised by Timbarra staff as they take part in the activities of the day.
The Koorie Student's Day Out ends for both Primary and Secondary students at 2:30pm. All Timbarra students will be driven by mini-bus back to school at 2:30pm. Lunch and morning tea will be provided.
